Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the performance of the contract should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Special Information for Digital Content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal shall expire if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

• expressly agreed that we begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
• acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
